How To Maintain & Grow A Beard Using Beard Balm

We've said it before, but it's really worth repeating. Growing a beard is easy. Maintaining one is the hard part, gentleman!

If you’re looking to grow some scruff, whether a beard, mustache, goatee or even sideburns, it is time to listen up. Poorly groomed scruff will get you nowhere fast with the spicy senoritas, and is all but certain to be shaved off quickly because it is scratchy, itchy and bad for the skin underneath.

That’s why you need to use a Beard Balm if you’re growing facial hair. Beard balms condition the beard, and even provide a bit of light styling hold. The conditioning will help with beardruff/flakes too, as the skin underneath gets very dry/irritated and starts to flake because it doesn’t want to be there!

So, the beard balm (and beard oils) can really help energize and moisturize the thirsty skin that no longer sees the sun. Using a beard balm is pretty simple. Just take a bit on your finger, rub it in your hands just like a styling aid (it should “disappear”) and then rub it into your beard. It will bring a nice fresh or rugged scent to the beard which you schnoz will enjoy too.
